Yesterday, Gabriel Schwanzer and Martin Fritsch presented Bachmann's commitment in the area of renewable energies to the advanced training course at HTL Bregenz, providing a comprehensive overview of the company.

Company presentation and company history
Gabriel Schwanzer began his presentation with a general introduction to the company history of Bachmann electronic GmbH and explained how Bachmann was able to maintain an impressive delivery capability of 99% despite the challenges of the corona crisis.

Renewable energies in focus
A central focus of the presentation was on the topic of renewable energies. Bachmann can look back on many years of experience in this area and numerous successfully implemented projects. Gabriel Schwanzer explained the definition and importance of renewable energies and the energy transition that Austria is undergoing. He showed how the country is diversifying its energy sources and the role Bachmann plays in this.

Technical insights into wind energy generation systems (WES)
A special section of the presentation was dedicated to wind energy. Gabriel Schwanzer explained how a wind energy generation system is constructed and what functions it fulfills. Various principles and technologies, such as the "Danish principle", were explained. The size of a typical wind energy generation system and its CO2 savings potential were also discussed.

Project successes and global presence
Gabriel Schwanzer also presented successful renewable energy projects and emphasized the company's global presence: Bachmann is active in numerous countries and has established itself as a reliable partner thanks to various certifications and specialized expertise.

Innovations through artificial intelligence
Martin Fritsch took over at the end of the presentation and spoke about the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in energy supply. He showed how AI can improve the efficiency and monitoring of energy systems and what future potential this holds.

Direct insight into production
In connection with the presentation, the students also had the opportunity to take a tour of the entire Bachmann plant. This provided a direct insight into the production processes and the practical application of the technologies presented.
