Bus Coupler
Flexible in construction, simple in configuration
The bus coupler offers the possibility of setting up a station consisting of M200 I/O modules and operating them as a fieldbus slave on a master. The bus coupler records and transmits the channel values of the in- and outputs. The two Ethernet interfaces of the ERS202 module support various Ethernet based protocols and redundant connections.
Note: applications which require local application programs at the substation may use a M200 control CPU in combination with a corresponding fieldbus interface
